Designer and home DIYer Jennifer Cohen’s SoCal home is getting a makeover. She recently revealed the new look for her outdoor space, a cozy backyard oasis featuring Infratech SL- and CD-Series Heaters with the Contemporary Motif fascia. 
Infratech partnered with Joan Behnke & Associates, Infratch Visionary Abramson Architects, and builder M.E. Development, Inc. to create the luxurious outdoor spaces of the Modern Venice Homes project in the beachside Los Angeles, CA neighborhood. Now two homes are making a star turn on Find Me a Beach House, Million Dollar House Hunters, and Buying Beverly Hills.
This year’s New American Home celebrates both luxury and energy-effiency — a natural fit for Infratech.
Located in Ascaya, a high-end home community in Henderson, NV with spectacular mountain views of the Las Vegas Valley, The New American Home features a home office, an exercise space, a spa, a game, room, a two-car garage, a rooftop deck, outdoor fire features, and floor-to-ceiling, sliding-glass-doors to frame the beauty of the outdoor surroundings, in addition to the usual bedrooms and bathrooms.
